Best AI planner apps (2026)
Updated
The best AI planner apps in 2026 differ in what they plan: Motion and Reclaim.ai schedule work on your calendar, Sunsama and Akiflow guide a daily plan, Tiimo and Structured show your day visually, and Lifey covers calendar, tasks, workouts and money in English and Hebrew. Below are 14 apps, A to Z, with the price, platforms, Hebrew support and AI of each, as checked on Oct 12, 2026.
How we chose and checked
We make Lifey, so we do not rank. The apps are listed A to Z, and Lifey sits where its name falls. The quick picks below match apps to needs; none of them is a score.
We included apps people compare when they look for an AI planner: AI schedulers, daily planners and to-do apps with AI features, plus two popular apps without an AI planner (Notion Calendar and Microsoft To Do) for contrast.
Every fact about another app comes from that app's own pages or its US App Store listing, opened on Oct 12, 2026; the links are under Sources. We left out what we could not confirm on such a page, such as prices that only appear at checkout, and where an app's own pages disagree we say so. "Not stated" means the page we opened did not say; it does not mean the feature is missing.
Prices are in US dollars as those pages showed them. They change and can differ by country. Facts about Lifey come from our own site.
