Lifey vs Todoist
Updated
Lifey vs Todoist is a to-do list against a whole-day assistant. Todoist is one of the best task managers you can get, with a free plan and Pro at $7 a month; Lifey adds your calendar, workouts and money next to your tasks, and it is free to start in English and Hebrew.

Where Todoist is stronger
Todoist is fast, polished and everywhere: phone, tablet, watch, desktop, web, browser extensions and email add-ons. Its free plan is real, and Ramble turns a voice note into tasks. If your life fits in lists, it is hard to beat.
Where Lifey is different
Lifey starts from your day, not from a list. Your meetings, tasks, reminders, workouts and spending sit together, so the assistant can see that Thursday is already full before it suggests anything. And it never moves a thing without asking.
Todoist's language page lists 19 languages and Hebrew is not one of them. Lifey is built in English and Hebrew, with the whole layout mirrored right-to-left.
Who should pick Todoist instead
Pick Todoist if you want the most polished cross-platform to-do list, with natural-language entry, many integrations and team sharing, and you do not need your calendar, workouts or money in the same app.
